By using our website and dumpster rental services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

Dumpster Rental Lubbock TX provides roll-off dumpster rental services in Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas. All prices include delivery, standard 7-day rental period, pickup, and disposal unless otherwise stated.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for placement of a dumpster on public property. You agree not to place prohibited items in dumpsters including hazardous materials, tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, or appliances containing Freon. Overfilled dumpsters may incur additional fees.

Liability

We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces that may result from dumpster placement. We recommend placing plywood boards under the dumpster to protect delicate surfaces. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lubbock County, Texas.
